Panaskan sampai mendidih dengan api sedang. Matikan api, masukkan kocokan kuning telur sambil terus aduk sampai rata. Kemudian aduk sampai uap dan busa menghilang masukkan rhum.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;"&gt;Siapkan gelas2 kaca, beri beberapa irisan strawberry, tuangkan cairan agar secukupnya sampai strawberry tertutup. Biarkan bagian atas mengeras, kemudian taruh remah2 kue kering setebal yang anda inginkan (berkisar 1-2cm). ratakan sehingga penampilan dari sisi luar terlihat rapi. Kemudian perlahan2 tuangkan cairan agar sehingga masuk kedalam kue kering tetapi kue kering tidak mengambang. Biarkan sampai semua lapisan kue kering tertutup agar2 rata. Setelah bagian atas mengeras masukkan strawberry kembali kemudian tuang lagi cairan agar2 diatasnya sampai strawberry tertutup. Apalagi ditambah segelas juice jeruk and kerupuk pula...hmm yummy&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Bahan : ( untuk 4 porsi )&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;4 piring nasi putih (kira2)&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;100 gram/5 potong Dendeng daging Balado or rendang padang dengan bumbu ( dapat dibeli di rumah makan padang atau membuat sendiri ) --&gt; suwir2 dagingnya.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;2 butir telur (dikocok lepas )&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;100 gram tauge (cuci bersih)&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;garam dan maggie block secukupnya&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Daun bawang rajang halus&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Minyak goreng secukupnya &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Cara membuat :&lt;/div&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Masukkan minyak goreng, setelah panas masukkan kocokan telur dan kacaukan sehingga telur menjadi kecil2, setelah matang masukkan tauge aduk rata sampai setengah matang.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Masukkan daging beserta bumbunya sekaligus, aduk rata. Tambahkan nasi putih,garam dan maggie block. Aduk rata kembali. Terakhir tambahkan rajangan daun bawang bila suka. Aduk rata sekali lagi. Matikan kompor.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Penyajian :&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Ambil cetakan mangkuk.. rapatkan dan tuangkan ke piring. Tambahkan bawang goreng diatasnya bila suka. Menu hari ini :&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Fuyunghai Jagung Saus Pedas&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Capcay goreng &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Bihun Jagung goreng ayam&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Semuanya cepat dihidangkan dan dapat menggoyang lidah.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Kali ini aku share salah satu menunya yah yaitu si Fuyunghai.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Bahan yg diperlukan :&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;250 gram udang kupas cincang kasar&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;2 buah jagung manis ( diroro/ambil isinya saja)&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;4 butir telur ayam kampung&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;2 sdm tepung terigu&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;1/2 butir bawang bombay ukuran besar. Rajang halus&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Merica, garam secukupnya&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Minyak untuk mengoreng&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Saos :&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;10 buah cabai rawit dirajang halus&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;5 buah cabai merah besar di potong serong&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;1 buah bawang bombay ukuran sedang di rajang halus&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Gula pasir, garam dan penyedap (bila suka)&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;5 sdm Saos botol sambal pedas &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;4 sdm Saos tomat &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Tepung maizena untuk pengental ( campur dengan sedikit air)&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;250 cc air &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Cara membuat :&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Campur semua bahan fuyunghai jadi satu aduk rata. Tuang minyak kedalam wajan untuk menggoreng fuyunghai. Nyalakan kompor dengan api sedang. Pakai cetakan sendok sayur utk menuang adonan satu persatu. Goreng sampai kecoklatan. Angkat.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Saus :&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Tumis bawang bombay, cabai rawit dan cabai merah dengan sedikit minyak hingga harum, tambahkan air, biarkan mendidih. Masukkan saos sambal dan saos tomat, aduk rata. Masukkan gula, garam dan penyedap (bila suka) secukupnya.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Terakhir masukkan maizena sebagai pengental. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Siap untuk dihidangkan.. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt; Keunikannya adalah mini pau ini diberi saus khusus gitu lho. Jadi rasanya lebih mantaap.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Ini salah satu favorit untuk camilan disore hari bersama segelas kopi dan teh hangat. Sambil nonton TV gitu deh... &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Bahan yg diperlukan :&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Adonan dasar siap pakai ( bisa juga pergunakan self raising flour).&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Isi :&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;100 gram daging ayam cincang&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;1 buah wortel di parut kasar&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;1 siung bawang putih dan 2 siung bawang putih dihaluskan.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;kecap manis, garam, merica, secukupnya&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Margarin untuk menumis&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Saus :&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Mayonaise&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Saos Tomat&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Sambal Botol&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Cara membuat :&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Aduk adonan siap pakai sesuai petunjuk. Biarkan&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Panaskan margarin, masukkan bumbu bawang aduk rata sampai harum, masukkan daging ayam cincang aduk2 sampai setengah matang, masukkan wortel. Aduk terus sampai wortel matang, tambahkan kecap manis, merica dan garam secukupnya.  Angkat biarkan dingin.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Bagilah rata seluruh adonan, kemudian masukkan satu2 isinya. Biarkan sejenak.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Setelah itu anda tinggal menggorengnya atau mengukusnya terserah mana yg anda suka.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Sajikan dengan campuran mayonaise, saos tomat diaduk jadi satu. Praktis dan menimbulkan rasa yg beda di nasi gurihnya.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Bahan :&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;200 ml Kuah santan sisa opor Ayam&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;50 ml santan kara&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Nasi putih untuk 4 porsi&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;2 butir telur di kocok lepas&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Garam secukupnya&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Bawang goreng&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Margarine secukupnya&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Ayam opor disuwir2&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Cara membuat :&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Tuang kuah opor dan santan kara dalam wajan teflon (anti lengket), masukkan juga nasi putih aduk rata. Setelah itu nyalakan kompor dengan api sedang. Aduk2 terus sampai kuah masuk kedalam nasi dan mengeluarkan bau yg harum. Angkat.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Ambil wajan dan masukkan margarine hingga cair, masukan adukan telur, kacaukan sampai matang. Angkat.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Cara penyajian :&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Cetak nasi dalam cetakan. Taruh disekiling suwir2 ayam opor, scrumble egg, kerupuk. This is my favourite desert for my whole family.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;Material :&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;1 pak agar2 warna putih&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;1 kaleng susu kental manis putih&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;1000 ml air&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;buah lengkeng (buang kulitnya)&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Sirup coco pandan secukupnya&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;1 botol sprite (sebagai tambahan bila suka)&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Cara membuat :&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Campur susu kental manis, air dan agar2, aduk rata. Kemudian masak hingga mendidih sambil diaduk.  Matikan kompor.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Tuangkan larutan kedalam cetakan berbentuk kotak biasa ( loyang untuk kue). Biarkan dingin. Masukkan dalam lemari Es.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Cara penyajian : (dalam gelas)&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Tuangkan sirup secukupnya dalam gelas(sebagai pewarna merah agar kontras ketika diaduk dengan puding yg berwarna putih)&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Ambil dengan sendok pudding tofu (lembut) seperti anda mengeruk cincau, taruh diatas sirup yg sudah dituangkan&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Berikan buah leci secukupnya diatasnya. Tambahkan es batu kecil.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Tuangkan Sprite atau air sampai penuh.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Siap dihidangkan.. Jawabnya pasti "Tahu Isi".&lt;br /&gt;Tiap hari kalau diminta makan ini pasti buat aku no problem. Ok2 saja. Tidak ada rasa bosan terhadapnya.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Mudah, murah dan yummy..&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bahan :&lt;br /&gt;Tahu yang cukup tebal, digoreng hingga bagian luar cukup kering. Tiriskan. Belah salah satu sisi, keluarkan isi tahu sebagian.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Wortel yang di iris tipis2&lt;br /&gt;Bihun potong2 pendek&lt;br /&gt;Daging ayam cincang/udang cincang/daging cincang&lt;br /&gt;Daun bawang (iris halus)&lt;br /&gt;1 siung bawang putih iris tipis&lt;br /&gt;Garam secukupnya&lt;br /&gt;Minyak goreng non cholesterol ( disarankan )&lt;br /&gt;Cabai rawit (bila suka)&lt;br /&gt;Terigu dan tepung kanji ( perbandingan sama, campur jadi satu)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cara membuat :&lt;br /&gt;Tumis bawang putih hingga harum, masukkan daging, aduk rata sampai setengah matang, masukkan wortel, aduk2 sampai matang, tambahkan garam, bihun dan daun bawang, aduk2 sebentar. Matikan kompor.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Masukkan isi tumisan kedalam bagian dalam tahu satu persatu.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Uleni terigu dan kanji yang sudah bercampur dengan air (dpt ditambahkan sedikit soda kue apabila anda ingin menjadikan kulitnya lebih crispy), beri garam secukupnya.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Panaskan minyak&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Masukkan satu persatu tahu yang sudah ada isinya kedalam tepung cair(kulit luar), bolak balik hingga rata, masukkan kedalam minyak panas. Bisa jadi camilan baru di pagi or sore hari yang sangat mudah, praktis dan tentu saja enak.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;Bahan :&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Kulit pangsit siap pakai&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Sisa2 masakan dari daging di dapur&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;1 butir telur ( ambil sedikit putih telur utk perekat kulit pangsit)&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;1 buah daun bawang ( rajang halus)&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;Caranya :&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Suwir2 kecil sisa2 daging tersebut, panaskan sehingga tidak berkuah. This time I made with Spicy Prawn, omelete and added fried onion on it.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Spicy prawn :&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;500 gram udang ukuran sedang&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;4 siung bawang merah&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;2 siung bawang putih&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;10 buah cabai merah besar&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;10 buah cabai rawit&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;1 kerat jahe&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;2 buah tomat&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;1 buah jeruk nipis (peras, ambil airnya saja)&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Lengkuas &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;garam dan gula secukupnya&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Minyak untuk menggoreng secukupnya&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Cara membuat :&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Blender jadi satu bawang merah, putih, cabai, jahe dan tomat.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Tuang minyak goreng, setelah panas masukkan bumbu yang sudah diblender, masukkan lengkuas, aduk sampai bumbu harum.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Masukkan udang, aduk sebentar, masukkan air jeruk nipis aduk lagi, tambahkan gula dan garam secukupnya. Easy to make but yummy. Try it and you'll love it.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I always make with Sakura Konnyaku Jelly cause i like the texture of this jelly and you can have more small puddie ( 1 sachet with 1.000 cc water.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Material :&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Sakura konnyaku Jelly with orange, melon, strawberry and lechy flavour.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Fruit cocktail/cherry/fruit/lechy depends on what you like. Or if you have any fruits in your refrigerator you can use them. &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;250 gram sugar&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1.000 ml water&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;Instruction :&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Mix well one sachet of Sakura Konny with 250 gram of sugar. Pour water in it, stirr well. Put on the fire, stir until boiling. Take it. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Stirr about 2 minutes, add citrid acid and flavour, stirr again. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Pour into the cup added with fruit in it. Let it cool. It'll be better if you serve it until you put  at the refrigerator. It's similar but bongko mentuk is in salty version, nagasari in sweety version. Oseng2 sebentar, masukkan santan.&lt;br /&gt;Masak sampai santan tinggal sedikit dan agak berminyak, tambahkan kelapa sangrai, telur puyuh dan irisan cabai. Stirr until boiling. Take it off. Divide this solution in 3 part. A1 :One part pour in square moulding (cut it in a cube when it's cool), A2 :one part : give colours and pour into the animal moulding (take from the moulding when it's cool). A3 :One part for topping ( leave if for a while)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;B : Mix 1 sachet of Satelit agar2, 800 ml coconut oil, 120 gram sugar and chocolate powder. Stirr until boiling. Take from the heat. Put the yolk which have mix with milk before, stir until dissolve, take to the heat again, stir well. Take from the heat. Stir again for 1 minute, added with rhum. Aduk rata.&lt;br /&gt;Masukkan telur, aduk rata tambahkan garam dan minyak goreng, aduk rata.&lt;br /&gt;Biarkan adonan selama 30 menit.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Siapkan wajan poferrtjes, olesi minyak goreng, tuang adonan hingga hampir penuh, masak hingga dasar kue kecoklatan, angkat, sisihkan.&lt;br /&gt;Tuang adonan hingga dasar kue matang dan permukaan agak lunak beri potongan keju dan taruh kue yang telah matang sebelumnya di atasnya. ganti cabai rawit)&lt;br /&gt;500 cc santan&lt;br /&gt;1 buah wortel iris kotak2&lt;br /&gt;100 gram kacang polong (bila suka)&lt;br /&gt;100 gram jagung manis &lt;br /&gt;Minyak secukupnya untuk menumis&lt;br /&gt;Salam, lengkuas&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bumbu yang dihaluskan :&lt;br /&gt;6 siung bawang merah&lt;br /&gt;3 siung bawang putih&lt;br /&gt;1-2 ruas jari kunyit&lt;br /&gt;1 ruas jari jahe&lt;br /&gt;1 sdt ketumbar&lt;br /&gt;4 buah kemiri&lt;br /&gt;garam secukupnya&lt;br /&gt;gula sedikit sbg pengganti msg&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cara memasak :&lt;br /&gt;Tumis bumbu halus sampai harum, masukkan daging cincang, aduk sampai daging berubah warna, masukkan santan, salam dan lengkuas masak sampai mendidih&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Masukkan wortel, kacang polong, jagung manis, biarkan Gampang dan pastinya yummy&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bahan Soup Sawi Asin:&lt;br /&gt;2 pack sawi asin&lt;br /&gt;8 buah ceker ayam kampung&lt;br /&gt;5 buah bakso sapi ukuran besar (potong 2 bagian)&lt;br /&gt;2 buah tahu sutra ( tahu china halus/tektur lembut )&lt;br /&gt;1000 cc air ( bisa ditambah/kurang sesuai selera )&lt;br /&gt;1 buah daun bawang dipotong-potong 2 cm&lt;br /&gt;garam dan merica secukupnya&lt;br /&gt;4 siung bawang putih goreng&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cara membuat :&lt;br /&gt;Didihkan air, masukkan ceker ayam... masak hingga ceker agak empuk... ambil ceker.... "di memarkan dgn ulekan" masukkan kembali..&lt;br /&gt;Masukkan bakso, sawi asin dan tahu sutra bersamaan, tambahkan garam dan merica, didihkan.&lt;br /&gt;Masukkan gorengan bawang putih disertai 1 sdt sisa minyak menggoreng bawang tsb (supaya tambah harum), sebelum diangkat tambahkan daun bawang.. Matikan api..&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bahan Martabak :&lt;br /&gt;100 gram daging sapi cincang&lt;br /&gt;1 siung bawang putih dan bwng merah&lt;br /&gt;2 buah cabai merah iris halus&lt;br /&gt;kecap manis, asin dan soy sauce secukupnya&lt;br /&gt;garam dan merica seckuupnya&lt;br /&gt;1 siung bawang bombay di rajang&lt;br /&gt;6 buah daun bawang di rajang&lt;br /&gt;3 butir telur ayam kampung&lt;br /&gt;1 pak kulit lumpia bentuk kotak ukuran 15 cm x 15 cm&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cara membuat :&lt;br /&gt;Tumis bawang putih dan bawang hingga harum, masukkan daging cincang, tambahkan kecap manis, asin dan soy sauce aduk rata, masukkan irisin cabai merah aduk rata sebentar. Angkat&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Campur jadi satu : tumisan daging, bawang bombay, bawang daun dan telur, tambahkan merica dan garam secukupnya. Aduk rata.&lt;br /&gt;Siapkan lembaran kulit lumpia, isi dgn 2 sdm adonan.
